Métier Brewing Company — Central District Taproom

Métier Brewing Company was co-founded by community leader Rodney Hines alongside Todd Herfindahl. As one of fewer than one percent of craft breweries in the United States that are Black-owned, Métier was founded upon the belief that brewing exceptional craft beer and building inclusive, diverse gathering spaces are inseparable missions.

Located at 27th & Cherry in Seattle’s Central District, Métier’s taproom actively creates space for community celebration. In alignment with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.’s program “Building Our Economic Wealth,” Métier partners with local non-profits and Divine Nine alumni associations to foster civic collaboration, offering a dedicated Sisterhood Advantage perk.

Pouring award-winning IPAs, Kölschs, Coconut Porters, and handcrafted non-alcoholic beverages alongside community food pop-ups, Métier is a vibrant celebration hub for June Black Dollar Days. Guests are invited to enjoy the family-friendly taproom or purchase 4-packs to go.
