Chef Moe
About the Business
Moe Vegan was founded by Chef Moe to deliver flavorful, 100% plant-based comfort dining to the Pacific Northwest. Transitioning from a wildly popular food truck into their flagship storefront along Pacific Highway in Kent, Moe Vegan reimagines classic American burgers, loaded fries, and southern sauces without any animal products.
Expanding conscious, clean comfort dining across South King County, Moe Vegan supports Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.’s international focus on “Building Our Economic Wealth.” Chef Moe warmly welcomes Divine Nine sisterhood members, community foodies, and families, extending an exclusive Sisterhood Advantage dining perk for patrons.
Renowned for signature double vegan smash burgers, seasoned Cajun garlic fries, crispy plant-based nuggets, and scratch lemonades, Moe Vegan is a must-visit dining destination during June Black Dollar Days. Guests are welcomed to dine in at the Kent location or order takeout online.
